1 General Terms & Conditions

Vibaji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting service operated through the website https://vibaji.app and its mobile application. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Vibaji and its users.

By creating an account or using Vibaji's services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use Vibaji.

Vibaji operates under an international gaming license, and all activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. Our goal is to provide every user with a safe, fair, and enjoyable betting experience.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with Vibaji, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal details — including your name, date of birth, address, and mobile number.
• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Members of the same household may open separate accounts; however, managing multiple accounts from the same device or IP address will be considered suspicious.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.

Identity Verification

Vibaji reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information you provide, at any time. Your account may be temporarily suspended during this process. If false information is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

3 Age Verification & KYC

Vibaji is committed to responsible gaming. Accordingly, no one under the age of 18 is permitted to open or use an account.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Process

Completing KYC is mandatory before making a withdrawal. Any one of the following documents is required for KYC:

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both sides
• Passport — photo of the first page
• Driving License — front side photo

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. If any issues arise, the support team will notify you.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source.
• Deposits from another person's mobile banking account are not permitted.
• Vibaji does not charge any additional fees on deposits.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• A maximum of 3 withdrawal requests can be made per day.
• Withdrawals via Mobile Pay and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Vibaji:

Bet Settlement

• Bets will be settled in accordance with internationally recognised rules.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded.
• Bets cannot be cancelled once a match is underway, unless the cash-out feature is available and you choose to use it.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Vibaji reserves the right to void that bet.

Regarding Odds

• Odds may change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are final.
• The over-round (book margin) is set in accordance with Vibaji's applicable policy.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Vibaji offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific terms that users are required to follow.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses come with wagering requirements — typically you must place bets worth 5 to 20 times the bonus amount.
• Withdrawing before fulfilling the wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being voided.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses may only be used on your own account.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time and must generally be used within 7 to 30 days.

Welcome Bonus

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Vibaji and will result in immediate account closure:

• Bets related to match fixing: Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain other advantages.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically combining bets across platforms to generate risk-free profits.
• Use of Software or Bots: Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Hacking or Fraud: Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Impersonation: Operating an account under someone else's name or personal details.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Closed by Vibaji

Vibaji may close or suspend your account under the following circumstances:

• If Terms Are Violated
• If found guilty of providing false information
• Engaging in prohibited activities
• If KYC Verification Fails
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

Closed by User

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded, subject to verification.

9 Responsible Gaming

At Vibaji, responsible gaming isn't just a policy — it's at the heart of what we do. We want every user to enjoy betting as entertainment, free from pressure or addiction.

• Use of Vibaji is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.
• Every account has the option to set a deposit limit.
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion is available.
• If suspicious gaming patterns are detected, Vibaji will automatically take precautionary action.

10 Dispute Resolution

Bet Disputes

• Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 48 hours of the result being published.
• Vibaji's bet settlement decisions are final and binding.
• All bet records are stored on our servers for transparency.

12 Changes to Terms

Vibaji reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via email or through the platform at least 7 days in advance.
